This is a section of artwork I snapped being painted at the 2017 Upfest street art festival by the Berlin based Mezla. I came across Mezla painting in the park opposite the Ashton Gate football stadium. He told me he decided not to paint at his designated venue among the crowds,  but instead ventured into the park to paint a wall in a more peaceful environment… I don’t think many other visitors to Upfest will see his outstanding work… I’m so glad I took a stroll into the park and found him in action!!!! Mezla is an impressive cool artist that I hope we will see a lot more of…..

Almost my last snap of a long busy day in London, taken along King John Court as I made my way to Old Street underground station. I spoke to the young Mexico artist Acaro  who told me this was his first painting in London.  Quite stunnnnning indeed I thought!
